How Can We Help You?

Time is precious, especially today with the million and one obligations to family, friends and career everyone seems to have. Melissa and I know the time crunch of daily life all too well and strive to make shopping convenient for our customers. One way we’ve done this is through our retail website. I’m on it daily, filling orders and answering questions, but I recently got a message that reminded me of how our website is truly designed to save our customers’ time.

Julia P., in Effingham, IL, wrote to us:

Hi there,
I ordered some chocolates from your company for my boss’s birthday last year. She’s raved about it ever since, but I can’t for the life of me remember what exactly I ordered. I know I got truffles, but there are so many. Is there any way to find that out?

Before we had the retail site built, finding a specific order from a year ago would take some serious searching, if we even found it at all. Now, our on-line customers can create secure accounts that keep track of all their past orders. All you need is an e-mail address and a password. Even if you forget your password – Julia did since it had been so long – it can be retrieved and sent to your e-mail address.

Julia was pleased to hear this news, of course, and she found her order from a year ago. She reordered the raspberry and rum truffles that her boss loved so much and will hopefully hear as much praise in the following year as she did in the last.
