Chocolate Tour Policies: The Sweet Stuff!
We can't wait to share our love of chocolate with you! To make sure everyone has a delightful experience, here are a few quick things to keep in mind:

Running on Cocoa Time: We love chocolate too, but tours set sail promptly. If you're running a bit behind, shoot us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals might miss the boat (or should we say, cocoa bean?) and won't be eligible for a refund.

Change of Plans? Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, no worries! Just let us know 48 hours in advance and we'll give you a full refund or reschedule you. Inside that 48-hour window, we can't offer a refund or reschedule. Sorry!
Sweet & Safe:

Tiny Chocoholics: We love little ones, but our tours are designed for ages 2 and up. If you have a younger chocolate enthusiast, they're welcome to join as long as they're accompanied by a grown-up Willy Wonka (paying adult). An adult must be present (and paid) for any tour with a chocolate lover under the age of 12. For children between 12 and 18, a parent must remain on site at all times.

Allergy Alert! We're surrounded by delicious chocolate, which may contain nuts, dairy, and other allergens. We can offer gluten-free cookie and pretzel alternatives for dipping, but please be aware that our facility is not a gluten-free environment. If you have severe allergies, this tour might not be the best fit. Your safety is our top priority!
Capture the Cocoa Chaos: We love seeing your chocolate joy! Feel free to snap photos and videos throughout the tour. And don't forget to tag us on Insta!
Dress for Success (Chocolate Style): There's no strict dress code, but non-slip shoes are recommended – you might be doing some light exploring on our chocolate quest!
Wet or Shine, Chocolate Time! Rain or shine, our chocolate adventure continues! We're prepared for all types of weather, so get ready to melt (with chocolate joy, that is) no matter the forecast.
