Do you ship in the heat?

We ship UPS. Since chocolate melts at 78 degrees Fahrenheit the answer is … it depends on several things:
We reserve the right to hold the order until weather permits shipping or cancel the order upon a customer’s request. We do our best to contact the customer by email and or phone.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, at present we are only shipping within the United States because of shipping costs and taxes we are unable to deliver our product in a cost effective way. All international orders will be refunded.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

Substitution on trays and baskets.

We do our best to complete orders with the items described in the descriptions. but at times certain items are out of stock or back-ordered and when that happens we substitute similar items of equal or greater value.

Can I return my items?

No, all sales are final. We do not allow returns on products.
